Duggan Shopfitters was originally set up in the 1980’s serving the local retail community. Over the years Duggans business experience and reputation has excelled within the industry. We have embraced change and innovation and harnessed those strengths to become one of Ireland's leaders in the provision of quality fit outs.
The subsequent acquisition of key management members enabled Duggan Shopfitters to build on its earlier foundations and develop their business strategy. This wealth of experience sees that our success is achieved through management ability to enhance the projects efficiency. With a high level of repeat business from a blue chip client base, is testimony to the difference we make. We employ skilled craftsmen to carry out our installations, to ensure that the quality of the finished product remains constant throughout. We believe in investing in people and the company is heavily involved in the national apprenticeship scheme, bringing through young like minded individuals, to the standard of their work peers. We combine our skills with a data base of fully proficient Interior Designers and Architects harnessing vast experience and knowledge of the latest cutting edge technology available, to be able to offer a broader range of products to our client. We manufacture bespoke furnishing, from our factory which is based in Wexford Town, where we take material from its raw state and lovingly turn them into unique pieces of furniture. We offer this service nationally and conduct shop fitting under a 24 hour 7 days a week rota, to ensure works are finished in a timely fashion so as not to interfere with client trading hours. Duggan Shopfitters were accredited with ISO 9001 Standards and are a committed to achieving a level of excellence which is unrivalled by our competitors. We are also members of the Construction Industry Federation During 2009 Duggan Shopfitters moved to the other side of Wexford Town into our new purpose built, state of the art factory. The facility houses 20,000 sq foot of working factory space on a five acre site, allowing us plenty of room for continued expansion. Duggan Shopfitters business plans for the immediate future is to raise potential client awareness of services we can offer. Management: Management Team who will orchestrate from the beginning and will be responsible for ensuring all contract activities, materials and resources meet the target dates and budgets to the client's satisfaction Site survey: Full site survey and appraisal of customer requirements. Feasibility studies and report back to client Planning and Interior Design: Duggans have an extensive range of designers that they can call on to produce for the client latest 3D cad designed floor plans and 3D elevation images. Consultation on furnishings, materials fabrics and lighting. Manufacturing: Templates, examples or samples will be made available to the customer before any work commences. All work will be carried out by master craftsmen and will be constructed to the client's specifications. At each stage of the process the article is checked for quality and is signed off for dispatch/ Site Fit Out: A programme of works will be produced prior to commencement of any work and a review of the site safety plans will take place and be distributed to all that are involved with the project. Confirmation of any sub-contractor requirements will be made. The Project Manager shall be available on site each day to organise the work teams, inspect the quality of workmanship and attend site meetings. Quality Assurance: Duggan Shopfitters are an ISO 9001 accredited company since May 1996. The quality management system we apply to our business ensures that all procedures are followed through out the construction process. We ensure that all works are completed tby us are subjected to our quality assurance process with a similar process for our specialist sub contractors and must be signed off as reaching the required standards before hand over to the client.
