Duggan have harnessed the skills of their directors and senior contract managers within the company, to ensure the delivery of a professionally run project, from its initial inception, through planning, design, factory production and internal fit out.
Each client has a single point of contact within our organisation throughout the projects term, which they can rely on to interpret each requirement and convert this into the clients’ realised vision.
Our direct “in house” craftsmen have adopted the same approach to delivering the highest of standards that meet the clients’ wishes and aspirations on a continuous basis.
Our factory is equipped with the full range of modern machinery required to produce the state of the art bespoke furnishings that as individual as our customers.
Once plans have been agreed with the client the project management team will appoint a designated manager who will be responsible for the running of the entire operation from beginning to end. We then assign a team of craftsmen who will bring the right mix of disciplines and skills to the contract.
Over the years Duggans have built up numerous relationships with suppliers and subcontract companies, who are specialists in their own field. Through our process of rigorous vetting and continuous appraisals we have been able to collate an extensive data base which can be called upon as and when we require.

Management: Management Team who will orchestrate from the beginning and will be responsible for ensuring all contract activities, materials and resources meet the target dates and budgets to the client's satisfaction Site survey: Full site survey and appraisal of customer requirements. Feasibility studies and report back to client Planning and Interior Design: Duggans have an extensive range of designers that they can call on to produce for the client latest 3D cad designed floor plans and 3D elevation images. Consultation on furnishings, materials fabrics and lighting. Manufacturing: Templates, examples or samples will be made available to the customer before any work commences. All work will be carried out by master craftsmen and will be constructed to the client's specifications. At each stage of the process the article is checked for quality and is signed off for dispatch/ Site Fit Out: A programme of works will be produced prior to commencement of any work and a review of the site safety plans will take place and be distributed to all that are involved with the project. Confirmation of any sub-contractor requirements will be made. The Project Manager shall be available on site each day to organise the work teams, inspect the quality of workmanship and attend site meetings. Quality Assurance: Duggan Shopfitters are an ISO 9001 accredited company since May 1996. The quality management system we apply to our business ensures that all procedures are followed through out the construction process. We ensure that all works are completed tby us are subjected to our quality assurance process with a similar process for our specialist sub contractors and must be signed off as reaching the required standards before hand over to the client.
